Spiral Retaining Ring Benefits

Both Smalley and Spirolox retaining rings are easy to install & remove, and offer a no-gap 360° retaining surface. They are circular grain, have no burrs and are created with a uniform cross-section, so they do not interfere with mating components or inhibit assembly processes. Spirolox and Smalley (spiral) retaining rings are manufactured by flat wire coiling. They are also interchangeable with any of the snap rings Arcon Ring offers.
